Merchshot

Terms of Use

Effective 24 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Merchshot app. By using it you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your photos and results

AI-created images

Merchshot uses AI to create images. Results can differ from your product in small ways, including shape, colour, material, text or labels. Check every image against your real product before you publish it. You are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate and follow each marketplace’s rules. Merchshot’s marketplace checks are guidance, not a guarantee of acceptance.

Photos and your balance

Acceptable use

Don’t use Merchshot to create images that are illegal, deceptive (for example, misrepresenting a product’s condition or features), infringing, sexual, or that depict real people without their consent. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep Merchshot available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. Keep copies of images that matter to you — you can save them to Photos or Files at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Merchshot isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or listing removals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for shots in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account in the app. Your unused photo balance is lost when you delete your account.

Changes and contact

We’ll update the date above if these terms change and tell you in the app about important changes. Contact: support@businessflowstudio.com
